Refund policy

No-commitment subscription

The Shaka Premium subscription (3,99 €/mo) is commitment-free and cancellable at any time. On cancellation, the subscription is no longer renewed: you keep Premium access until the end of the already-paid period, then your account automatically reverts to free.

Periods already started

Monthly periods already started are not refunded pro rata, except where required by law or in case of a malfunction attributable to the service.

Right of withdrawal (digital service)

As this is an immediate-access digital service, by subscribing you request its immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once access is opened (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). As long as access has not been opened, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

Exceptional refunds

In case of double billing, a technical error, or prolonged unavailability of the service on our part, a refund may be granted. Contact us as soon as possible.

How to cancel

Go to the Premium page (logged in) → “Manage / cancel my subscription”: you'll reach the secure portal of our payment provider (Stripe) to manage or stop your subscription.
